Shipping Process

All products are shipped through USPS Priority Mail (for small orders) or FedEx (for larger orders)  unless customer has requested another courier at their own expense.

International customers: We currently only ship within the U.S. (Includes all U.S. Zones) and Canada, If you would like to place an order with our company  please contact us by phone 786-440-552 9:00am to 5:00pm EST. We only accept PayPal payment transactions for all orders.

Orders are usually shipped within 12-24 hours after order payment is confirmed. If you placed an order over the weekend it will be shipped the following Monday. You will be notified via email with order tracking number to confirm shipment of your order. Tracking information will also be included in your PayPal payment. Unless otherwise indicated shipping and handling charges will be applied to all orders placed. If your order must be shipped in multiple boxes, or in separate shipments in the event an item is not in stock and must ship at a later date, shipping and handling charges for the entire order will be assessed at the point when the first item is shipped.

Return Policy

You must be logged into your account to request an RMA. Should there be any discrepancies with your order we allow up to 5 days after you have recieved your order to make a return request. Please log into your account to view the Return Policy by clicking on the Return Link.

Estimated Transit Time

All orders are shipped out from our warehouse located in Miami Florida, U.S. Depending on your location transit time in the U.S. can take up to 7 business days. International orders can take up to or more than 10 business days.
